This is a newly released live recording from the Pat Metheny Group. Recorded at the prestigious Beacon Theatre in New York, formerly home to the Allman Brothers Band, this audience recording boasts superb high-quality sound. The remastering process required minimal adjustments to the sound quality, only minor output levels. Overall, adjustments were made to the transitions between tracks, removing censorship elements such as whistling and "Hyoy!", and cutting out particularly lengthy speeches by Metheny. This results in a live album that's easy to enjoy from start to finish, and it fits onto just two discs. With its excellent sound quality and performance, this is a highly recommended title for a wide range of fans.
