This release pairs video and audio from the performance at this year's (as of 2026) North Sea Jazz Festival by "WE WANT MILES!"—a tribute group reuniting alumni of Miles Davis's bands, led by Marcus Miller. Both the Blu-ray and CD feature the same audio, which has been remastered by the label. Although the group is anchored by musicians who supported Miles during his 1980s era, they also perform material from the 1960s albums *In a Silent Way* and *Bitches Brew*. Before playing *In a Silent Way*, the band engages in entertaining commentary; they discuss how fans reacted to Miles's transformation into an electric sound in the late 60s and touch upon hippie culture—including a moment where they tease guitarist Mike Stern about "wearing nice clothes and growing his hair out just like Mike Stern." While the Blu-ray lacks a main menu screen, chapter markers are set to correspond with the tracklist on the back cover.
